If you want to be reminded of our warm summer as we enter into Autumn then try adding passion fruit, papaya, and physalis for a delightfully tropical twist that complements the richness of chocolate.   This recipe uses Food Thoughts new FIne 70% Cacao Chocolate Melts and Natural 100% Cacao Powder for a rich, velvety chocolate cake.
