Matcha is a type of Chinese green tea and it is available in two forms: green tea leaves and powder. Both are derived from the same plant called Camellia Sinensis. The green tea leaves usually come in the form of a tea bag but matcha is in powder form. Matcha Powder is 100% green tea leaves that have been ground into a fine powder. Matcha is renowned for it’s many health benefits.
