These delicious little dainties are dangerously good – smooth, velvety chocolate truffle, flavoured with star anise, is coated with thick white chocolate and topped with a mint leaf. The addition of Food Thoughts cocoa powder to the truffle mix makes them as fabulously rich as any truffles you might buy. The combination of anise and mint is fresh but also a little spicy and warming, perfect for autumn, and, of course, they look sensational. They’d be great fun to make with children, but they’re also elegant enough for a grown-up Halloween soiree.
