We use the finest ‘fino de aroma’ Colombian beans, which have been judged to be in the top 8% of most flavoursome cocoa produced in the world. They’re also fairly traded and sustainably grown, so you can feel good about every single bake. Food Thoughts Luxury Dark Chocolate Chips are perfect for cookies, although you might find you end up sampling one (or 25) before they make it into the mix. Luckily, they’re also available in both 500g and 1kg bags, so feel free to adopt a ‘one for me, one for the recipe’ attitude. We promise – they taste like no other!
