You will need
- 500g Food Thoughts Oat Mylk Chocolate Chips (or your favourite Food Thoughts chips/melts)
- 250ml full fat coconut milk (must be smooth – heat up if needed)
- To roll in:
- Food Thoughts Organic Cacao Powder
- Food Thoughts Chocolate Coated Cacao Nibs
- Chopped peanuts
- Chopped pistachios
Method
Melt the oat mylk chocolate chips and combine with the coconut milk. Place in the freezer for 2 hours to set.
Take the mixture out of the freezer. Scoop out and roll into balls.
Roll the truffles in your toppings. Add to a jar should you wish to give this as a gift and decorate with ribbon. Store in the fridge until it’s time to eat.
