Food Thoughts started in the 1980s with a single cocoa powder—created in partnership with Oxfam to bring the UK its first premium-quality, fairly traded cocoa. Since then, we’ve grown our range to include Organic Cacao Powder, Chocolate Chips, and Chocolate Coated Cacao Nibs, always staying true to what matters: better ingredients, better creations, and a better future for all.
We’ve kept ethics at the heart of everything we do—from day one and always. Every Food Thoughts product is fairly traded, ensuring cocoa farmers work in safer conditions and receive a fairer price for their crops. Child labour is never allowed.
