Add a Halloween twist to brunch today with our spice mix - perfect for pancakes, hot chocolates, sauces and more!⁠

Combine all ingredients together to make the mix:⁠
- 60g Food Thoughts Organic 100% Cocoa Powder or Cacao Powder⁠
- 50g Dark 70% Cacao Chocolate Discs (finely chopped)⁠
- 1/2 tsp Ground cloves⁠
- 1/4 tsp Ground ginger⁠
- 1/2 tsp Ground nutmeg⁠
- 1 tsp Ground cinnamon⁠
- 2 tsp Vanilla sugar⁠

For hot chocolate: Put 1 heaped dessertspoon of mix into a mug, add milk and put into the microwave until piping hot and the chocolate has melted.⁠

Chocolate sauce: Gradually add warmed cream to the mix until you achieve the desired consistency.⁠
⁠
Pancakes & bakes: Add to your favourite pancake or baking recipe.⁠
⁠
You can store any leftovers in an airtight jar until ready to use.⁠
