Whipped Cream and Food Thoughts 100% Organic Cocoa Powder to finish (optional) Method This Pumpkin Spiced Hot Chocolate drink uses Food Thoughts make in advance Spiced Hot Chocolate Mix (click image above). Put 500ml of milk in a microwaveable jug. Add the Spiced Hot Chocolate Mix and pumpkin puree. Stir thoroughly. Heat in the microwave in 30 second increments until all ingredients are melted and the liquid is hot. Stir regularly to make sure all ingredients are blended. Pour the drink into two mugs or hot chocolate glasses. Top with whipped cream and sieved Food Thoughts Organic 100% Cocoa Powder. Serve immediately. You may wish to serve with a spoon or straw that can be used to keep the drink blended as you drink it. Enjoy for breakfast or a drink during the day or evening!
