One of our favourite recipes is this Cacao Granola created by using our Cacao Powder and Cacao Nibs. Super chocolatey and crunchy, enjoy topped with your favourite fruit! Ingredients 40g Food Thoughts Cacao Powder 65g Food Thoughts Cacao Nibs 45g Chopped hazelnuts 80g Chopped walnuts 70g Chopped pecans 35g Pumpkin seeds 200g Oats 30g Coconut flakes 1/2 teaspoon of salt 65ml Maple syrup or agave syrup 90ml Melted coconut oil Serve with: Coconut yoghurt and fresh berries Method Begin by preheating oven to 180c. In a large bowl combine the coconut oil and maple syrup, and then add the rest of the ingredients. Mix well so everything is evenly coated and then scatter on a large baking tray. Bake in the oven for 10 minutes before carefully removing from the oven. Use a fork or spoon to move the granola around/turn it over, and then place back into the oven for 10 minutes more. Leave to cool before serving with coconut yoghurt and berries. Store the remaining granola in an airtight jar or container and consume within 14 days. Enjoy!
