You will need
- 2 frozen bananas
- 1 tbs peanut butter
- 2 tbs Food Thoughts Organic Cacao Powder
- 130ml almond milk
- ½ - 1 tsp vanilla essence (to taste) – optional
- 1 tsp Agave Nectar (or to taste)
- Sliced banana, strawberries, blueberries, Food Thoughts Chocolate Coated Cacao Nibs
Put all your ingredients for the smoothie into a blender and blitz until smooth or reached consistency that you prefer.
