Method
If you're using Cocoa or Cacao Powder: Mix a 1-2 tsp of powder (to taste) with a splash of milk in a microwaveable cup / jug and warm through until powder appears to melt and blends into the milk. Top up with milk, stir, then put back into the microwave to heat all the way through. Stir and sprinkle with sieved powder to finish. Note: Food Thought powders do not contain any sugar. You can adjust the sweetness levels by adding some sugar and mixing.
If you're using chocolate chips or melts: Food Thoughts Pure Cacao Melts contain no sugar; so your drink will be a more bitter, even purer chocolate tasting drink. Put a handful of Cacao Melts or Dark Chocolate Chips into a microwaveable cup / jug and warm through until melted, stir in the milk, heat (and stir) until smooth and velvety. If you want to increase the amount of chocolate, simply melt some more discs and pour in as required. Note: Adjust the sweetness levels by adding some sugar and mixing. Taste and adjust.
Relax and enjoy!
