You will need

  • 1 frozen banana sliced
  • 1/4 a small avocado cubed
  • 1-2 tbsp vanilla protein (any protein that suits you)
  • Large handful of spinach washed
  • 2-3 fresh mint leaves washed
  • 1 tbsp roasted cacao nibs
  • 250 ml coconut milk
  • Handful of ice cubes

Method

Put all your ingredients into a food processor or a blender, then process until smooth. Pour into a tall glass and enjoy.
