You will need
- For the oats:
- 15g Food Thoughts Organic Cocoa Powder
- 50g oats
- ½ tbsp maple syrup
- 125g yoghurt of choice
- 2 tbsp milk of choice
- For the toppings:
- 80g yoghurt of choice
- 1 tbsp peanut butter
- 10-20g Food Thoughts Oat Mylk Chips
Method
Add the oats, maple syrup, yoghurt, and milk to a bowl, mix to combine and set aside.
Add the yoghurt and peanut butter to a separate bowl and mix until smooth.
Add the oat mixture to a jar or Tupperware container, then add the peanut butter mixture on top.
Add the chocolate chips to a heat-proof bowl and melt in the microwave stopping every 30 seconds to stir.
Pour onto the peanut butter layer and spread it over the top. Then cover the jar and refrigerate overnight.
