They sit among an 8% of the top quality cocoa produced worldwide. Their exquisite flavour and aroma profile make Food Thoughts Organic Cacao Power remarkably flavoursome. The beans are harvested in the Dominican Republic and sun dried for up to 14 days to lock in their flavour and nutrients. They are then roasted, finely ground and blended to make the perfect Organic Cacao Powder. It’s naturally prepared and non-alkalised, so it retains more of those nutrients we were telling you about. And we don’t add sugar, preservatives or anything else to it. 100% natural, 100% delicious. As with all our products, Food Thoughts Organic Cacao Powder is sourced from fairly traded partners who contribute to the development of communities in Colombia.
