You will need
- 60g Food Thoughts Organic Cocoa Powder
- 40g liquid sweetener
- 200g coconut or Greek-style yoghurt
- 4 rice cakes
- 80g Food Thoughts Chocolate Coated Cacao Nibs
- 120g Food Thoughts Oat Mylk Chips
- 60g hazelnuts + 12 hazelnuts
Method
Add cocoa powder, liquid sweetener and yoghurt to a bowl and mix to combine.
Crush rice cakes and add to the bowl along with the chocolate coated cacao nibs. Fold to combine. Roll into 12 balls then insert a hazelnut in the centre of each.
Melt your Oat Mylk Chips in the microwave in short bursts. Dip each ball in the chocolate to coat then roll in chopped hazelnuts or sprinkle some nuts on top. Pop in the fridge for 30 minutes to set.
